Our thorough knowledge of the labour market and of individual target groups' job opportunities and needs, our close contact with the business community and a flexible large-scale administrative set-up are some of the key parameters that have made and continue to make us the preferred provider of contact programmes for job centres.

Our contact and activation programme is individually customised with a focus on citizen inclusion and help to self-help. 

The goal is for the unemployed person to find ordinary employment or other form of self-support as soon as possible. 

During the referral period, we implement the statutory job interviews as well as plan and implement timely activation of the unemployed, in accordance with the provisions of the LAB (Act on Active Employment Initiatives). 

The initiative and the unemployed person's own independent work on job seeking between interviews are managed using the AS3 Portal, which is AS3 Employment's digital career guidance portal and contains all the relevant documents and job seeking materials that the unemployed person might need in his or her search for employment.
