AS3EMPLOYMENT PROGRAMME Corporate match – for social security claimants who are ready for activity

This is an individual guided programme where the unemployed person, after an initial clarifying conversation with AS3 Employment's business consultant, has a personal profile and job profile drawn up that closely describes the required match between the unemployed person and the company, to increase the chance of retention. 

The unemployed person participates in the programme for up to a specified number of weeks (by individual agreement) with at least one weekly contact. 

This is not a traditional job seeking or interview-based programme, but a programme in which the business consultant, as part of the overall objective for outplacement, will focus on intensifying the company-oriented component of the unemployed person's job seeking, strengthen his or her motivation and self-responsibility while targeting their work on the barriers and challenges that may characterise the unemployed person's relationship to the labour market. 

The business consultant follows up on all established offers, with close and weekly contact with both the unemployed person and employer.
