There may be many reasons why someone who is unemployed or off sick can be unable to participate in a team programme, or why a job centre may prefer an individual programme for a particular candidate. If this is the case, we are able to provide an individual counselling programme consisting of weekly coaching conversations, which will intensively and effectively clarify and strengthen the ability of the person who is unemployed or on sick leave to get back to the labour market.
AS3 Employment offers individual counselling programmes for insured unemployed people and social security benefit recipients.
The programme is tailored to the needs of the individual, on the basis of an order by the job centre.
It is an individual and flexible job seeking programme in the form of individual coaching.
The objective is for the unemployed person to improve his or her action competence and initiate an intensive job/qualification search and focused contact with companies that quickly results in a normal job, training, a job with wage subsidy or a work experience placement.
The unemployed person will typically have one individual coaching conversation each week, over a specific number of weeks.
Counsellors allocated to this task have all passed AS3's Transition Coach qualification and are thus the best basis for helping the candidate further.
