Together with the person who is unemployed, we find the shortest path to the labour market. We also equip the individual to be able to apply for jobs or courses on a qualified and realistic basis.
THIS IS HOW WE WORK
Initially, our programme aims to give the individual a clear picture of their personal and professional competences. The unemployed person will then find clarification about training opportunities and realistic job goals, will find out about various job seeking methods and prepare professional, focused material for their applications. Finally we will work on close, proactive contact with companies in an effort to ensure a good company match.

Short-duration programmes that usually aim to give the unemployed person knowledge and tools related to job seeking

Longer-term programmes for the long-term unemployed, where we work in depth on motivation, behaviour, job targets and upgrading qualifications

Individual programmes for unemployed people who are either unable or who do not have the opportunity to participate on a team programme
